Online payments are made via Instamozo payment gateway where you need not worry about your card details. All payment details are managed via Instamozo where we do not take part in it.
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. Once you booked a course and done with payment, you will get a confirmation email, until then your course is not confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated period, first look into your spam or junk folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our support email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery of service
After booking a course, your billing details the course are given as e-pass where you can enter classes with that pass. In case you can contact the Institute for their personal identity cards if available.
You can pay the full payment of course and enter classes, or else you can pay 10% of the total fee, and the rest can be paid directly to institute when you visit the institute. This 10% is to reserve a slot for you.
You can cancel your course online by logging into your account. You are given a refund of the fee before the course start period, once the course begins, on any basis refunds are not possible. Refunds are done online with the amount paid to Koachr. We are not responsible for the payments made offline or directly to institutes.
How do I get the refund?
You shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per the defined policies, before course start date.
The refund shall process within 5 - 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Koachr generates promo codes from time to time which can be available on site as the discount.
The coupons are generated from Koachr as well institutes.
In the case of dispute with any party, Koachr.com decision will be binding and final.
